“Jinky” is a club stalwart who was due to celebrate his testimonial in season 2021/22. However, an ACL injury against Crossgates means that John is unlikely to be fit to play before 2023!
Now a player coach John is very professional and his enthusiasm for the role is infectious. As at the end of the 2019/20 season John had played 310 appearances and had 39 clean sheets. Post his ACL recovery he will once more be available to step in between the sticks when required.
