Daz signs on for another season
The club are delighted to announce that club Vice-Captain, Darren Handling is the latest player to commit to The Seasiders for next season.
Next season will be Darren’s seventh year at Dunbar United. Daz has now made 232 appearances, and he is now 24th highest for appearances in the 97 year history of the club. He has scored 57 goals, just 1 short of being in the top 25 goalscorers. Let’s hope we see that next goal soon.
Our Manager Kevin Haynes said, “I’m delighted to get Daz signed up again for next season, like Thommo he’s the type of person I want to keep at the club.”
“He is a great player, a team player who is very comfortable on the ball and who has a great work rate. He’s also a popular figure in the dressing room and with the supporters.”
