An update from our Manager

Tomorrow we welcome Blackburn United to NCP in what I anticipate to be a very competitive match. The result tomorrow could have a huge significance for both clubs come the end of the season.  We have managed to hit a bit of form leading up to the run-in with victories over Linlithgow, Musselburgh and a point away to Broxburn.

We have 4 cup finals left and as a group we are determined not to let the standards slip. It’s a huge ask to win all our remaining fixtures but I guarantee it won’t be for the lack of trying.

We are still training well and standards have been high at training which is pleasing. The only long term injury we are dealing with is a knee problem Johnny Edmond sustained at HoB at the end of February and he is working hard to be available for selection before the season ends.

Blackburn equality are on a bit form recently beating Penicuik, Sauchie and Broxburn,  and will fancy their chances of winning more points between now and the end of the season to boost their own survival hopes.

As always your support is greatly appreciated and hopefully a positive result will send us all home with a smile on our faces.

All the best

Kevin Haynes
