Ross Combe returns to the Seasiders

Dunbar United are delighted to announce the return of Ross Combe who takes on the role as our goalkeeper coach.

Ross previously signed for the Seasiders from Craigroyston in season 2005/06 season under Jock Landells managership but he had already played one game for us at the Grammar School against Pumpherston in season 2000/01.

Ross is from the Dalkeith and is the son of Robert Combe who was Assistant to Jock Landells at that time. His first game was against West Barns Star in a Kenny Wilson Memorial Trophy match on 26th July 2005 and his last outing was as a substitute on 7th October 2006 away at Blackburn United in a Brown Cup tie.

He made 57 appearances including 15 as a substitute and during that time he had 7 clean sheets. After leaving the club Ross gained a wealth of experience playing for clubs mainly in the Midlothian area and no doubt he will be able to pass on his experience to our current squad of goalkeepers.

Welcome back Ross.
